Digital Service Centre Analyst Location: Europe Would you like to gain work experience in a global organisation? This unique opportunity will allow you to relocate to Lisbon, Dublin or Poland for 12-24 months with Accenture contributing towards your relocation. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals who speak and write in one or more European languages alongside English. Job description As a Digital Service Centre Analyst you will be reviewing the data of a Fortune 500 company. Success in this position requires exceptional reviewer skills and desire to apply problem solving skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment and a passion for helping others achieve results. Responsibilities • As a Digital Service Centre Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing content on the internet to make sure it adheres to the client’s policies • Achieve performance objectives and standards to ensure world-class service to the client’s user base • Provide vital product insights and feedback on digital client products Qualifications • Fluent in English and at least one additional language: Spanish, Dutch, German, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew, Portuguese, Turkish or French. • Must have exceptional typing accuracy skills Required Skills and Experience: • BA or BS degree in any field considered a plus but not a requirement • Fluent in the language being hired for Interested?
